What data we collect
When you submit the acquisition criteria form, we collect your name, company, email address, country, phone number if provided, and the investment criteria you describe. We also receive the content of any email or WhatsApp message you send us.
The web server records technical logs, such as IP address and time of access, for security and to keep the site running. This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies, and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and send you investment opportunities that match your criteria: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep a record of our business contacts and to protect our rights: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We share your criteria with plant owners only in anonymised form. Your name and contact details are disclosed to a seller only with your consent.
Who processes it
Your data is stored with our hosting and email provider, which acts as a data processor. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 24 months from our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to deals@brownfield.solar. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority in your country.
